8.1.1. Overview
The Gear Indication Driver software component determines the illumination intensity of the PRND gear selector indicator lights based on the current estimated gear selector state. It maps the gear selector state to the appropriate red and white LED intensity levels for the Park, Reverse, Neutral and Drive indicator lights.
